We’re hugely excited to finally announce our working partnership with global travel operators National Express!
After a process which included an extremely competitive pitch, we have been successfully working with National Express over the last few months to reimagine the user experience for customers selecting their travel options through the main booking website.
As part of our agile approach we have set design standards for the eCommerce team internally, along with strategically testing various design concepts with users. Our approach has lead to a mix of qualitative and quantitive data being sourced, helping to inform our design decisions.
