The project, awarded directly to Adaptable will see Birmingham’s main shopping and leisure website transformed to best showcase what the city has to offer to visitors.
Dan Cooper, Managing director at adaptable, said: “We’ve had the pleasure of working with the Retail BID team since 2013 and it’s great that this partnership is still going strong which is a testament to the team being awarded this project directly. It’s a privilege to launch a site that will have such an impact in promoting Birmingham, especially with the additional victors the Commonwealth Games will bring to the city.”

Established in 2007, Retail BID has gone on to become one of the cities leading organisations promoting the Birmingham experience to both national and international visitors.
The new website, which will better showcase the ‘Birmingham experience’ will replace the current live site later this year.
