St Philips is a high skilled and professional land promoter & master developer founded by Persimmon Homes’ former Group Development Director, Daniel Le Neveu. Following their recent re-band from UK Land Development, St Philips partnered with adaptable to design and build a new website showcasing their experience and land promotion opportunities on offer.

An Engaging Content Strategy

St. Philips wanted to stand out from the crowd and offer their website users an engaging experience that put them ahead of their competitors. From the start of the process we helped contribute to the content strategy put in place by the marketing team which was going to drive engagement on and around the website.

Promoting Land Opportunities

From looking at the landscape of the sector, little investment or interest had been put into creating engaging land case studies or site opportunities. We worked into the design/build process tools that allowed St. Philips to easily create case studies with little technical capability required. For the user, quick views of land opportunities can be viewed by listing or map view, giving a complete picture of the land opportunities across the UK by St. Philips..

From the Sky

During the discovery process, we decided that we wanted to show more than just flat site plans to users looking at land opportunities on the website. To achieve this, we captured drone footage of the sites combined with 2D and 3D animations to give users a true sense of the lands potential.

St. Philips partnership with adaptable has delivered a sector leading website thatʼs generating more brand engagement and leads for the business. The success of the project has seen adaptable appointed to lead other digital projects for St. Philips.
