Launching our partnership with Utilita Energy

We’re delighted to announce that we’re working with leading UK energy supplier Utilita Energy to help provide an improved digital experience for their customers across a range of services.

Founded in 2003, Utilita Energy is the supplier of choice for 830,000 customers across the UK. As the only UK energy supplier created to help households use and waste less energy by giving them better control, their customers use around 11% less energy than the average bill-paying household.

Their commitment to giving customers more control through the use of smart digital technology has meant a need to focus on delivering an elevated user experience, prioritising usability and functionality.

With several projects in the pipeline, the first release includes a bespoke digital product enabling Utilita Energy customers to obtain boiler quotes, request surveys or enquire about installations. We’ve worked closely with the Utilita Energy team to create a streamlined process for customer acquisition – driven by a world-class user experience. Everything’s integrated directly with their workflow management software for even more efficiency.

In addition to our boiler quote digital product, we’re also working on similar products for their other services, and have begun working on a digital design system to keep the online brand consistent across their whole ecosystem.
