Paybymobile connects users in emerging markets with in-demand content, so it’s vital that it’s easy for users to view and manage their subscription. We mapped the customer journeys across the two disparate portals and brought them into a single portal – enabling complete control and visibility over subscriptions and account information all in one place.
Designing a centralised customer portal
PM Connect match global brands with mobile carriers to unlock new audiences and drive revenue through engaging content and digital products. To date PM Connect operated different customer support portals which managed their different brands and markets. Our brief was to streamline the existing portals into one experience, creating an easy to use and trustworthy platform for their customers to interact with.

A new brand identity
The relaunch of the customer portal required a new brand for the PayByMobile offering. We created a logo and design system to give the offering a striking identity that was also in line with the wider PM Connect brand.
As PM Connect and PayByMobile operate in territories all over the world, we were required to create a design system and UI that would allow for multiple languages, including Arabic, which reads right to left.
From the get-go, the team were responsive, flexible and worked to stringent targets. The project management made communication a breeze which enabled the end product to meet exactly what the business desired. Simply put, they exceeded my expectations.
