Inline with rapid expansion plans and as part of a £60million land spend, we worked with Spitfire Homes to build the digital foundations for their new business direction.

Smart search powered by Google

To meet the expectation of users, we implemented an intuitive Google-powered search functionality. To cover all bases, users can search by their current location or by entering a postcode, town, city to a specific development name with live predictive results.

Search results are presented in a joint list and map view, allowing users to instantly visualise where the developments are located within their search radius. We also recommend developments which are just outside of the search radius.

Time-saving content management

With the potential for hundreds of plots within each development, it’s crucial to keep plot management simple. House types are first set up in the CMS with all of the content specific to that house type such as images, floor plans, spec and dimensions. This content is then pulled through to all relevant plots, massively cutting down content time.

Offers, buying schemes and incentives are common with homebuilders, so we added the functionality to create a bank of offers to select from across multiple developments, rather than creating them from scratch for every plot.

As the website acts as the main lead generation tool for the sales team across developments, all forms such as enquires, development registrations and brochure downloads, can securely pass customer information into leading construction industry software COINS. This enables the team to not only store customer details correctly but gives the sales teams accurate and easy access to customer information no matter what stage of their buying journey with Spitfire.

Saved homes

Users can easily save plots to their ‘Saved homes’ list to come back to at a later date.

Branded developments

We built in the options for the marketing team to apply a development’s logo and brand colours in the back-end.

Interactive siteplans

The marketing team can easily upload the site plan image, drop pins and assign the plots with auto status updates.
