With 26 practices in their group, each with their own website, Todays Dental needed a platform that would ensure consistent digital experiences across all of their sites. We identified Sanity as the ideal solution – creating a multi-site architecture with powerful flexibility and scalability. This approach enables them to seamlessly launch websites for both current and future practices acquired by the group.

A platform for consistency

Effortless management
Sanity’s highly customisable backend allowed us to create an intuitive editing experience for one practice initially, which will soon be implemented across all practices in the group. Eventually, Sanity will be a hub from which all sites within the group can be managed. Advanced access control will allow the central marketing team to grant editing permissions to individual practices, ensuring they can easily update their own content without affecting other sites.

Reusable components
The initial site’s design system includes a library of flexible, reusable components that will be available to all sites in the group. These components empower practices to build custom page templates and content to showcase their services, tell their story, share customer testimonials and incorporate key calls-to-actions while maintaining a cohesive digital identity for the Todays Dental group.

Headless for performance
As a natively headless platform, Sanity enables seamless scalability without compromising the performance of any site in the ecosystem. Its cloud-based, microservices architecture allows individual components to be scaled and upgraded independently. This ensures smooth expansion of the group and its portfolio of sites – both now and in the future.
