We were tasked with developing a dynamic visual identity for new start-up Juuce. Juuce aims to provide super fast electric vehicle charging stations across the UK.
Our work involved looking at how we could roll out the brand nationwide. This covered consumer marketing collateral, native applications, charging docks and the visual station signage.
As we were only creating a minimum viable brand at this stage ready for investment and proof of concept testing, we knew we had a lot of flexibility to develop the brand into exciting new avenues in the future. For now we focused on the core components to give partners a taste of how Juuce would look and adapt across different media.
The brand identity needed to visually represent the business deliverable of location-based electric vehicle charging. It also had to accommodate the nationwide growth of the brand, and communicate clearly, maintaining legibility across everything from business cards to large format charging station signage.
Fast forward to 2018 and the business model has hugely involved into home vehicle charging instead of the initially planned, electrical equivalent of petrol stations. With a new name of EO Charging, the team has successfully developed and launched the EO Hub, App, API and a whole range of home vehicle charging devices.
